Certification and Examination Policy

Policy Overview

This policy outlines the guidelines for internal semester examinations, final assessments, and certification eligibility at Stratvard Education. It ensures fairness, transparency, and high academic standards for all learners enrolled in our programs.

1. Examination Registration

  • All enrolled students must register for each semester exam and the final assessment within the given deadlines.

  • No fee is charged for the first three attempts at any internal semester or final exam or final assessment. However, a nominal fee applies for re-examinations due to absence or failure.

2. Examination Eligibility

For programs with a duration of around 11 months:

  • Semester 1: Eligible 90 days after the batch start date.

  • Semester 2: Eligible 180 days after the batch start date.

  • Semester 3: Eligible 240 days after the batch start date.

  • Final Exam: Eligible 270 days after the batch start date.

3. Certification Eligibility — Stratvard Education

Minimum Attendance:
 Students must maintain at least 70% attendance throughout the course duration.

Minimum Score:
 Students must secure a minimum combined score of 50% in all internal semester exams and the final exam.

4. External Certifications

  • Stratvard Education may provide access to select certifications from recognized third-party organizations.

  • Fee waivers for some external certifications are available only for specific programs, as detailed in the course brochure or student portal.

  • Students may need to attend additional preparation classes for these certifications.

  • Completion of the internal final exam is mandatory to qualify for any supported external certification.

  • If a student fails a third-party certification exam, any reattempt will follow the fees set by the certifying body.

  • Third-party providers (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, etc.) hold their own trademarks and may require separate accounts. Students must use the same personal details as provided to Stratvard Education for verification.

5. Examination Format and Platform

  • All exams will be conducted using secure Computer-Based Testing (CBT).

  • Exams may be hosted on Stratvard Education’s portal or verified partner platforms.

  • If unforeseen technical issues occur during an exam, Stratvard Education may reschedule the exam at no extra cost to ensure a fair process.

6. Reattempts, Absenteeism, and Scheduling

  • Once registered, exam dates cannot be changed. Students must ensure their availability and readiness before registering.

  • Missing an exam without a valid reason incurs a re-exam fee for any further attempt.

  • Students are responsible for planning their schedules to avoid conflicts with exam dates.

7. Internal Assessments

  • Completion of internal assessments is mandatory before attempting semester exams.

  • Marks earned in internal assessments will be retained for students who need to retake an exam.

8. Attendance Requirements for Exams

  • A minimum of 70% attendance in live classes and lectures is required to be eligible for any semester or final exam.

9. AI-Based Remote Proctoring

  • Online exams are proctored using secure AI and human supervision.

  • Students must consent to live monitoring via video, audio, and screen recording. Sessions are recorded for quality and integrity.

  • Identity verification is mandatory before the exam starts.
